No. textgf is friendly conversation, nothing more. There is no romance, no flirting, no sexual content, and you and your texter never meet in person.

No. Our texters are good company, not therapists, counselors or clinicians, and textgf is not a crisis service. If you're in crisis, call or text 988, or call 911 in an emergency.

Yes. textgf is text only: no calls, no video, and texters don't send photos.

Every plan starts with 7 days for $1.99, including up to 15 replies from your texter. After 7 days your plan renews monthly at its regular price unless you cancel before the trial ends.

One text from your texter is one reply. If your phone splits a long text into pieces, it still counts as one. You can send as many texts as you like; only your texter's replies count toward your plan.

Your texter will let you know when you're getting close. You can add a pack of 50 replies for $25 or move to a bigger plan anytime. Unused replies don't roll over.

Anytime, online, in a couple of clicks from the Manage subscription link in our footer or your receipt email. You can also email us. Canceling stops future charges; you keep texting until the end of the period you've paid for.

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from Manage subscription. Upgrades take effect right away; downgrades start at your next billing date.

Yes. You're matched with one primary texter who gets to know you. If they're away, a backup who can see your conversation notes covers so you're never left hanging.

Anytime. Tell your texter or email us and we'll rematch you, usually within a day.

Our hours are 8am to midnight ET, every day. How quickly you hear back depends on your plan, from within a few hours on Hello to within 15 minutes on Close.

Never. Texters won't ask for money, gifts, your address or social media, and won't share theirs. If anyone ever does, tell us right away.

Your texter sees your first name and the notes needed to keep the conversation going. A small team may review conversations for quality and safety. We never sell your information or your number.
