- Work from a simple web inboxSee conversation history and notes in one place. No personal phone number involved.
- Keep it friendlyFollow our guidelines: no romance, no meetups, no money. You can always end a conversation that crosses a line.
- Know when to escalateYou'll be trained to spot when someone needs more help and hand off to our on-call lead.

- Live in the United States and are 18 or older
- Write naturally and quickly, with warmth and personality
- Are reliable about the hours you pick
- Hold boundaries kindly and keep things confidential
- Can pass a background check
