Most issues are simple misunderstandings, and your texter will gently steer the conversation back. Serious or repeated violations lead to a warning, a pause, or the end of a subscription without refund. Threats of harm to others may be reported to authorities.
Texters are held to the same standard. Any texter who breaks our rules is removed.
