These SMS Terms apply to the textgf text messaging program operated by Warby Prep LLC.
Program description
textgf is a subscription conversation service. When you sign up, you agree to receive recurring, conversational text messages from your matched texter and account-related messages (such as welcome, reply-balance and billing notices) at the mobile number you provide.
How you opt in
You opt in by entering your mobile number on our sign-up form at textgf.com, checking the box agreeing to receive text messages, and completing your subscription. We keep a record of your consent.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your plan and how often you text. Account notices are occasional.
Costs
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Subscription charges for textgf are billed separately as described on our Pricing page.
Opting out
Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You’ll receive one confirmation message and no further messages. Replying STOP stops messages but does not by itself cancel your paid subscription; to stop future charges, cancel online using Manage subscription or email us. To rejoin, reply START or sign up again.

Supported carriers
The program is available on major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
