These terms explain how textgf trials, subscriptions, renewals and cancellations work. They are part of our Terms of Service.
Trial
New subscribers start with a trial: 7 days for $1.99, which includes up to 15 replies from your texter. The trial fee is charged when you sign up and is non-refundable. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription automatically continues and you will be charged your plan’s monthly price at the end of the trial, and every month after that, until you cancel. One trial per person and per mobile number.
Automatic renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically each month on your billing date at the price shown when you signed up, charged to your payment method on file. Your receipt email shows your plan, price and renewal date. If we change the price of your plan, we’ll notify you at least 30 days before the change applies to you, and you can cancel before it takes effect.
How to cancel
You can cancel anytime, online, by visiting Manage subscription (also linked in our site footer and your receipt emails) and following the steps. You can also email info@textgf.com with the subject “Cancel,” and we’ll confirm by email. Canceling stops future charges. You can keep texting until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
Replying STOP to our texts stops messages but does not cancel billing. Please cancel online as well.
Refunds
Charges are non-refundable except where required by law or where we choose, at our discretion, to issue a refund or credit (for example, if we failed to provide the service). If you think you’ve been charged in error, email info@textgf.com within 30 days.
Changing plans
Upgrades take effect right away, with the difference prorated. Downgrades take effect at your next billing date. Reply packs are one-time purchases, apply to the current billing period, and expire at its end.
Failed payments
If a payment fails, we’ll try again and may pause your texts until your payment method is updated.
